For the TotK Sisuran shrine, this page includes directions for finding and entering the shrine, a walkthrough of the shrine, answers to puzzles, and locations of hidden treasure chests.
Location and Access
The Sisuran shrine base is located northwest of the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower and over the mountains along the north Hebra mountains.
The Crystal Shrine Quest in the North Hebra Mountains
You are given the mission of obtaining a shrine crystal that is suspiciously close when you arrive at the Sisuran temple. That can only indicate a real risk.
We advise having read a lot of fire fruit, something to increase your attack and speed, healing goods, bomb plants, heavy, rock-damaging weaponry, and healing things. Make sure you have at least one fusion-ready weapon on hand, too! When you are prepared, walk up to the crystal.
Unfortunately, the crystal moves even though it won’t leave the ice! On a Frost Talus, that is.
You must battle the Frost Talus to obtain this shrine crystal. Here are some strategies for crushing it:
Its ice can be removed with fire attacks, which will cause it to lose its balance and fall. Take this as a chance to board and strike the crystal.
To temporarily stun the crystal and do a tonne of damage to it, shoot bomb arrows at it while it’s moving.
A nice place to avoid the ice that the Frost Talus tosses is the neighbouring little hill that resembles a rock pile.
Take the loot after you’ve killed the Frost Talus, but don’t forget to forge the Talus Heart into a weapon! Use Ultrahand on the shrine crystal (you cannot store it in your inventory) to destroy it. Bring it back to the shrine to finish the mission.
Inside Sisuran Shrine
Rauru’s Blessing is waiting for you inside Sisuran Shrine. You will only receive the customary Light of Blessing and sapphire from the treasure chest within the shrine.
You’ve completed the shrine and obtained a Light of Blessing!
