Introduction

In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, players take on quests from various characters. In the “A Nun in Trouble” fieldwork, Indy helps Gina Lombardi rescue Sister Giuliana from Borgia Tower. Afterward, Giuliana reveals the Vatican’s surveillance on Indy and gives him a key to a locked room containing secrets. This unlocks the “Father and Son” Mystery, following “A Nun in Trouble.” Read the full guide for solving the puzzle and the Father and Son safe code.

Father and Son Puzzle Location

Completing the “A Nun in Trouble” quest automatically adds the “Father and Son” mystery to your journal. It unlocks at Borgia Tower, but the room and safe are outside, accessible via an upper walkway in the Borgia Courtyards. Use Giuliana’s key to unlock the tower door.

Father and Son Puzzle Solution

  • Swing to the door leading to the Borgia Courtyards’ upper walkway with your whip, unlock it with Giuliana’s key, and step outside.
  • Use Giuliana’s key to enter the first door on the right. Inside, find a safe and unlock it by deciphering the code from two notes.
  • Find an Italian poem in the desk drawer. The encircled letters are i, r, i, a, t, a, s, and o.
  • Open the side desk drawer to get the Polybius Square Diagram, which helps decipher the poem’s code.
  • Pair every two consecutive encircled letters in the poem and use the Polybius Square Diagram to find their corresponding numbers.
  • Enter the code 5873 into the safe in the order from the poem and find the remaining mystery notes inside.
