To begin solving the M-063 Puzzle in Sonic Frontiers, use Cyloop to circle the structure in the center of the platform. Once you complete the Cyloop around the structure, three hoops, and an orb will appear.
Next, you need to jump and knock off three hoops in front of you using orbs. The middle hoop is low and simple to get the ball through, while the other two are a little more difficult.
To knock the two others’ upper hoops, use your homing strike immediately after jumping. You may even knock hoops by hitting both buttons simultaneously. Line up to hit it in, and your homing strike will retain the orb higher in the air rather than crushing it down like the center hoop.
