How to Start Scaly Invaders
You’ll likely start this quest by visiting Harve Village during the main quest, Monster Culling. Alternatively, visiting the village west of Vernworth triggers the quest, as the villagers need help with a Saurian infestation. If not triggered, enter the caves south of the village, and the quest will begin upon exiting.The villagers ask for your help to fend off a Saurian attack, but with your party and their assistance, the few Saurians pose no threat. They’ll then ask you to return in a few days, though your journal won’t specify when.
Clear the Village of Saurians
Head to the town and defeat the Saurians. Since the fight takes place in an open area, focus on cutting their tails to weaken them. Afterward, report to Fyoran, who will ask you to return in a few days. Leave the village to allow repairs and progress the quest.
Head back to Harve Village After a Few Days
After 2-3 days, return to Harve Village, where Fyoran will request your help again to clear out more Saurians threatening the village.The villagers will assist you during the battle, so eliminate the Saurians quickly to prevent any casualties.Once the Saurians are defeated, report to Fyoran to trigger a cutscene that concludes the quest.
During the conversation, another Saurian attack interrupts, similar to the first. Fyoran thanks you, while Jonas blames the Beastren for the attack. The quest ends with a reward of 5000 G and 6 Saurian Scales.
