Introduction to “Emergence Phone” Guide
Emergence has 5 phones to answer in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (BO6) Campaign. This guide shows where each phone is located and how to answer them to complete the Collect Calls challenge.
List of All Emergence Phone Locations
Central Hub Phone
You can find the Central Hub Phone in the Hub area, next to the Director Keycard slots in the ATA Facility. It rings after you first interact with the elevator button.
ACR and Admin Hallway Phone
The second phone is in the hallway between the ACR Wing and the Administration Wing. Approach it to make it ring and answer the call to learn about Case’s background.
Administration Wing Phone
After obtaining the Grappling Hook from the ACR Wing, grapple to the Administration Wing’s balcony. You’ll hear the phone ringing on a small table to your left.
Joint Projects Phone
After obtaining the Grappling Hook, you’ll easily spot the phone in the Joint Projects Wing. It rings as you approach, so answer it to add another phone to your tally.
Biotechnology Phone
After riding the elevator to the Biotechnology Wing, you’ll need all 4 Director Keycards to unlock it. The phone rings in a dark room as soon as you exit the elevator.
Rewards for Answering Every Emergence Phone
Answer all 5 phones during Emergence to earn the Collect Calls Calling Card. Equip it from your account tab in Multiplayer, Warzone, or Zombies.
